Exchange Policy

At relaxogo.store, your satisfaction with our relaxation and wellness products is our top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our exchange policy aims to make it easy for you to find the perfect wellness solution.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and any included accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@relaxogo.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Relaxation and wellness products that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused items such as massage devices, pillows, diffusers, essential oils, wellness accessories, and related products (conditions as above apply).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send a replacement item of your choice (if available), or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used items, products that are damaged after delivery, or missing original parts/tags.
  • Personal care items, opened essential oils, personalized or custom-made relaxation products, or clearance/sale items cannot be exchanged.
