  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Review: Our customer care team will review your request and send you instructions if your product qualifies for a refund.
  3. Return: After receiving instructions, return the product as directed. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping is free. For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are refundable only if the refund is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personal care products, items marked as clearance or final sale, and custom or personalized relaxation products.
